Yep Harriet, I feel your pain. I think Leslie A-Y probably went from the peak month to the lowest month in each of the cities. I used the average sale price for the entire year because it seems more reasonable – at least to me!

Good information Gretchen – it helps puts perspective on the market when you put it in terms of personal value. It looks like you did your own statistics but they are similar to what Leslie Appleton-Young said in her talk to our company. A little different take is the median price which went down by 20.7% last year in Morgan Hill and 37.4% last year in Gilroy – aaaarrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!
